Homeless Prevention

Our prevention program is designed to assist those facing homelessness by providing solutions through a network of community partners. We provide hope to those who are in imminent danger of becoming homeless.

Applications will only be open during the first week of the month

Services provided:

• This program requires participation in a supportive services program in an effort to help connect you to work, education, and additional resource opportunities

• Connecting you to a healthy community support system

• Rental assistance

Those who qualify:

• You must be facing an eviction or have rental arrears

• You must have an income that falls below an income threshold dependent on number of household members and income

Documents/Information you will need for the application:

• Copy of your entire lease

• Copy of eviction notice or tenant ledger

• DL/ID

• Property manager contact information
