Homeless Prevention
Our prevention program is designed to assist those facing homelessness by providing solutions through a network of community partners. We provide hope to those who are in imminent danger of becoming homeless.
Services provided:
This program requires participation in a supportive services program in an effort to help connect you to work, education, and additional resource opportunities
Connecting you to a healthy community support system
Rental assistance
Those who qualify:
You must be at immediate risk of homelessness
You must have an income that falls below an income threshold dependent on number of household members and income
